"Unfortunately… Google only allows up to 5 stars, because I would give Serenade Caribe Club Family Beach Resort so many more! This brand-new resort opened in July 2026, and although there’s still parts of the hotel that are not available as they’ve been opening building by building. But since the gym and spa are not yet functional, you’re allowed to crosses over to the Serenade Punta Cana and use theirs. Notwithstanding, we absolutely loved our stay! From the moment you enter, the lobby feels cozy and soothing with beautiful earthy décor and tones carried throughout the resort and rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly from arrival, they even take you and your luggage by golf cart to your building and guide you to your room. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The resort is AMAZING for families! There are water slides, a splash zone for little ones, and a lazy river surrounding the kids’ water park. One of my favorite features is the water bar inside a cave that you access through the lazy river! There are also two other swim-up pool bars near the beach, poolside entertainment, and a sports bar for food. The beach area and loungers are beautiful and cozy, although we visited during seaweed season and didn’t really swim in the ocean. There’s also a theater with event for night entertainment. We initially had a room on the second floor with pool view, but I upgraded us to a suite with a walk-out private pool (for that first floor side) with resort pool vie"

"The property was very beautiful. It was clean. Staff was nice. The only issue was the food could’ve been better. The hibachi place was the best food that I ever ate especially on a resort. The Mexican food wasn’t good. It was too much salt in the food the buffet that’s so breakfast lunch and dinner food was OK."
