Staff is friendly for the most part. Our power went out & we could not get maid service. Swim up bars are nice. Beach was brown this time of year. Overall okay experience but wouldnt go back.

Some staff was okay some looked like they didn’t want to be there. The property is falling apart after only 4 years. The beach was horrible non swim able

Al momento de nuestra llegada al hotel, lo primero con lo que nos encontramos fue una larga fila de espera de más de 45 minutos para hacer el check-in. Éramos un grupo de 11 personas, y si queríamos tener habitaciones cercanas, la única opción era pagar membresía VIP o darle 100 dólares a la recepcionista. En cuanto a las instalaciones, los únicos ventiladores que funcionan son los de las habitaciones y el lobby; en el resto del hotel hace un calor insoportable. Los restaurantes son buenos, pero es imposible hacer reservaciones, y el buffet dejó mucho que desear: había cucarachas, se terminó el helado por dos días y la atención fue deficiente tanto en comidas como en bebidas. Las piscinas tenían un exceso de cloro, y hasta se fue la luz en el hotel en cierto momento. Además, el sistema apaga automáticamente las luces del balcón a la 1:02 a.m., y el sport bar corta las luces a las 2:00 a.m., aunque los huéspedes todavía estemos allí. No permiten estar en la playa de noche y te sacan, y a las 11:00 p.m. cualquier actividad ya ha terminado, lo que hace que el ambiente sea apagado. Lo más preocupante: tenemos videos de ratones en la playa y cerca del buffet mexicano. Los mismos empleados nos dijeron que los ventiladores de los restaurantes llevan más de 3 años sin funcionar, y muchos ni siquiera los han visto encendidos. Por si fuera poco, hasta para jugar billar u otras actividades había que pagar extra. En conclusión: NO VOLVERÉ JAMÁS a este hotel ni a su cadena. Todo mal

The fans outside didn’t work, so the only air you got was in the room. The only activities you could do in an all inclusive hotel at night was clubbing and thats it. In the game room, you had to pay for all the games, be it pool or air hockey. The staff barely wanted to work even with tip. Everything was very limited. They had cockroaches everywhere, one of the restaurants even closed due to cockroach infestation while we were there. Overall not a very good experience. Would not recommend!
