The staff was absolutely incredible! The multiple swim-up bars were fantastic, and the dedicated kids' pools/areas made it so easy for the kids to stay entertained. The food overall was also amazing. We will absolutely be back!

Food was ok. Rooms were big. Cleaning wasn’t daily and it was a hit or miss if they would give us new towels. The worst was the bartender/waiter Francisco stole $100 dollars from us when we went to tip him. Then when we went to find him and complain, the staff told us he was off for the next 3 days and they couldn’t help us.
