"1. We reserved shuttle for pickup. It did not come. The shuttle reservation was difficult. 2. The front desk refuse to give to two room cards for passengers. 3. No gym or swimming pool. 4. The lobby was very cold. 5. It was in a very isolated place and the hotel doesn't have a good store to people's needs."
