The staffs were so kind and amazing. They truly went above and beyond with amazing service. The room was so cozy with great amenities and there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. We will definitely come back when I visit Korea.

We were able to open the windows which is great although a bit noisier. The temperature of the hot water seems to be capped at a little cooler than I would prefer, the rain shower was not hot enough, but the hand attachment held closer to the body was warm enough. Lovely hotel room despite these two temperature issues."
