Good size room and clean. My only nag is that the aircon was switched to heating and it’s not cold enough yet for that to be on so the room was stuffy and we had to open window and that was noisy. Please ensure aircons are left for the person who is paying for the room to adjust to either heating or cooling as we are not all born with same thermostat. The shuttle to and from airport a great perk. Not much around the Ibis but there is a emart in the lobby and a restaurant if you desire.

The area itself is quiet at the remote location but still within airport property on the way to T2. However, transportation is not as great as hotels near T1 as there is no bus traveling between the hotel and T2 and the nearest airport bus stop is not very near (if you have luggages). Besides that, it is my favorite option when I have to fly through ICN.

I was worried when I booked this hotel that it would be quite loud due to planes taking off nearby. It turns out I didn't need to be concerned as the bed was so comfy I accidentally overslept and missed breakfast. I had a problem with my hairdryer during the stay and this was promptly replaced... by a cute robot outside my door. That was a novelty for me. Ibis hotels in Europe tend to be pretty basic and standard but this one felt more luxurious, with a rain shower and bathrobes. If I return to Incheon, I would definitely stay here again.

Airport shuttle a little tricky to find. They give a long email but a simple map would have made it easier to locate pick up point 3C in T1. Our room was clean and spacious. But we could hear planes landing/taking off through the night which suggests soundproofing is lacking. Also the desk chair scrapes when moved and we could hear it in other rooms.

Clean and convenient, just like my previous stay. The hotel is very close to the airport, which is great for transit. The staff are friendly, and I appreciated the drink service. I would definitely stay here again when using Incheon Airport.
