Understaffed so it took a lot of time for any service. There were not sufficient table for everyone at Breakfast so we had to wait a long time. We left the hotel for 6 hours and our rooma were not clean even when we put the please clean room .

Café da manhã muito bom, bem variado e com qualidade. Únicos pontos a melhorar para mim como um todo é o ambiente do café da manhã, que pode ser bem mais agradável, uma iluminação mais legal e mais decorado - tal como é o restante do hotel, e a temperatura das piscinas aquecidas, onde alguma das 3 piscinas poderia ser mais quente que as demais. Estava 14ºC em Gramado e a água estava um pouco desagradável em todas."
