The staff were great! Very pleasant and helpful. We got our room earlier than expected. Easy parking and commute to shopping and restaurants. The hotel is a little out dated but very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Good for an overnight stay.

Good for an overnight stay in the Portsmouth area. Breakfast hours could be extended just a bit(especially after NYE) 6-9 is a very short window. Clean but a bit of mold in the shower and the bathroom walls could use a wipe down.

Finally a Portsmouth hotel that lives up to its brand. The rooms were recently updated. Staff was friendly and seem to care. Very clean and well kept hotel.

You can reserve a room with 2 beds 14 weeks in advance and still find, after checking in, that it has only one. The clerk first blamed Expedia, then "the day people"; then, in great frustration aimed at me, he told me to see the manager in the morning. I think it was his responsibility to let the manager know--so that some kind of adjustment, like a partial refund, could be made. Otherwise, the motel is, well, meh.
