"Our two day stay went well. The hotel staff was polite and very professional. Our room was very clean and cool (i.e., 70°) upon our arrival. The continental breakfast was good, provided a hot item option to choose from and the area was kept clean and well stocked by the attended. The following day we departed our room at approximately 9:30 a.m. and returned at 4:00 p.m. and our room had not been cleaned (i.e., beds made and fresh towels provided). So, we freshen up and departed once again, returned at approximately 6:00 p.m. and our room still hadn’t been cleaned. Incidentally, the cleaning staff did apologized as we passed them in the hall. They explained they were understaffed due to employees not reporting to work. Parking was limited and difficult to maneuver due to the one way direction. On multiple occasions, the roadway was blocked (10 - 20 minutes) with vehicles uploading/offloading luggage. Small vehicles had the option to negotiate turning around a very tight space to exit in the opposite direction; however, larger vehicles (i.e., trucks, SUV’s) had to wait until those vehicle blocking the driveway moved."
