The staff at afternoon/ night, female past Saturday knocked door in derogatory manner, very bad manner. Restroom backed up and got mad because I didn't want to stay in a useless bathroom so asked to change room. They need to hire people that don't think they are doing a favor to the visitors but instead us customers making them a favor to have a job.

This woman Nickic at the front desk of super 8 is one of the rudest female of have encountered in my life. She threatened to not book me in. Because I questioned her about the $100 deposit that was never disclosed. I think I am entitled to a full refund or credit for another hotel in the future. I will be contacting my bank first thing in the morning

A gem with great staff

This place continues to amaze me. Check in and check out we’re a blur- the front desk woman was friendly and helpful. The pool was out of service and the breakfast was marginal at best but everything else was 5 stars!! A short walk to the beach and eating places as well a few blocks to the bay to watch the sunset. I was disappointed that their rates tripled on the weekend or I would have stayed through next week

Old, dirty and needs to be renovated. The water from both the sink and shower was brown. I had to let the water run for 10 minutes before it cleared. Front office staff said every room had that issue and to just let the water run.

I've stayed here before I never had a problem but on this trip, we were without power about eight hours and no discount given I wasn't notified that there was no hot water, I should of been told at check in and I wouldn't of stayed there because I bought two of my granddaughters and water was cold

We came for a wedding, arrived on a Thursday and left on a Sunday, no hot water the entire stay and our toliet leaked. No one came to fix the toliet other then when it got clogged. We were told by serveral staff someone would come to fix it. We booked the jacuzzi suite and couldnt even use it due to no hot water. Asking for extra towels or linen was put of the question as they could not due laundry with no hot water. Trying to talk to a manager has been difficult. Front staff was friendly but offered no real help.
