"Pros: Lots of kudos for being a pet friendly 100% non-smoking hotel on the island. Staff is friendly. Maids are good. Breakfast is standard fare. But I ate it everyday and appreciated it being there. Washing machine and dryer are a plus. Elevators work fine. There's a little store beside the office which is handy for a late night snack. My room had the best little refrigerator I've had in any hotel ever. The Beach access is great. Good water pressure in bath. Blackout curtain is good. Cons: Way overpriced on the weekends which is 3x the weekday rate. The room dehumidifier is too small. I had to dump it three or four times a day. And it never got below 69% humidity in my room. The tray in the dehumidifier needs to be cleaned out. The AC coils need to be cleaned out. It's a little musty. Some of the lampshades had multiple stains on them and should be replaced! The thin curtain over the window had several stains including one bigger than a quarter. The Chair for the Desk - one of the rollers just came right off. There was a place on the carpet by the door that apparently was a patch. It was a square that was about a foot by foot that just looked tacky. There's a place on the Hall where it looks like someone took a saw and sawed a rectangle into it. There is not enough grass for the dogs around the area. When I was there, what little grass they did have was roped off. The pool is small. People are allowed to smoke in the pool and right outside the front door. I give it a B."

"The bedding and floor was very damp due to poor ventilation in the room. We could not sleep at all that night because the sheets felt too wet. We asked to be placed in a different room for the next night and the new room was a little better. The carpet was still damp but at least the bedding was ok. The bathrooms were tiny. Definitely not worth the price for the stay. Wish we would have booked somewhere else. We asked for a refund for the first night since the beds were wet and the manager Josie said she would call Expedia and request a refund for us but we have not heard back nor received any emails regarding our refund."

"Room Was clean but , didn’t feel that it was sanitized. Was a lot outdated. Beach view was nice.One of the days we walked in building and smelled like marijuana. Staff never mentioned they served breakfast. Found out on the last day."

"Love staying here great staff great location, beautiful rooms very comfy. Valet is awesome. My only complaint is the pool bar closes way to early then we have to walk in wet and cold to the bar inside to get drinks and you can’t even enter the double doors by the bar cause they block that off I had to enter through the restroom. Big detour should have waiters pass by the pool to offer service. Other than I recommend staying here."

"A/c didn’t cool well the shower leaked water the lady that checked me in was nice the rest of the staff was rude or didn’t speak English breakfast area was small and crowded and everyone took all the food like it was a race no employe was there monitoring it. elevator was broken steps going up stairs are uneven first step almost made me lose balance. tv is outdated for the price i paid i was expecting better i could have booked the same quality room down the street for less i honestly feel robbed cause of how much i paid for this room"
