"I had a room overlooking the Mekong which was great. The staff were very nice and the hotel is in a great location. The wifi is not great, I was told you should only connect one device at a time to the wifi, this is not really feasible if you have multiple devices."

Despite the fact i only informed them of this the day before, they gave me a refund in cash for that one day. I didn't even ask for it, they just gave it to me. Amazing, i had other hotels refuse to give me refunds even though their address was wrong on hotels.com or something."
