I stayed 4 days and never had the room maintained or supplies replenished. The sink ran slow, there was black mold above eyesight left of the shower head in the corner, the toilet wabbled on the floor and the usb plugs next to the bed didn’t work. The day desk assistant was great. The coffee was great.

First, there is no elevator here. There are people who really need to know this. I like to start with the positive. There is this amazing mirror in the room. I took a pic, but don't think I can post pics in this review. It really is lovely. Also, it was pretty cold that weekend, and the heat in the room was great. The bed was comfortable. It smells as soon as you enter, some combo of cigarettes and pets. Same upstairs. The coffee in the room was a bust. The only thing there was decaf. I asked the housekeeper if I could get regular, and she could not find any. Fine, I tried to make the decaf. The little pod thing does not fit in there. It fell out and hot water went everywhere. There were cigarette marks on the shower and toilet lid. The worst part was that the toilet rocked. Someone put a piece of cardboard in the back/bottom (see pic), but it did not help. And it was a new toilet, there were still stickers on it. But they did not install it correctly. The room had multiple hand towels, but only one face washcloth. I called the desk and asked if I could get more face clothes. She volunteered to bring some up. What she brought up were hand towels, she said this was all they had. I thanked her and told her I didn’t need them. The floors were really busted up, uneven, kinda dirty. They were a really pretty color, but installed horribly. A missed opportunity. I am giving two stars for the bed, and because the young woman brought up hand towels at 2am.

The hotel was old and run down. Walls paper thin. I could hear the conversation in the room next door as if they were sitting right next to me. The hotel was so sketchy we didn’t even attempt to try the breakfast.

The front desk clerk was professional and friendly, so far my stay is going good. The lobby floor needs a good cleaning, not to mention the smell. My room is nice looking but the floor could use some better cleaning. The hallway carpet needs a shampoo job.
