We only had one towel when we got there for 2 people, was like 2 half rolls of TP when we got there and we were there for like a week, towards the end of trip only one keycard was working. We found a half dead bedbug so seems like they know and still taking guests. Breakfast bag was an option we didn’t try. We thought it would be like a normal breakfast with like pancakes/eggs ex.

We were offered four different rooms, and each one had cockroaches, black mold, dirty sheets and broken furnishings. One of the reasons we selected this hotel was that it had a swimming pool, which turned out to be inoperable.

The room was filthy- broken walls, stained bathtub, and mold on the ceiling. The pool was locked, when we looked inside, there were green stains on the far left side of the pool. The front desk was unattended the entire time. No breakfast was provided. The entire night we spent here felt unsafe and unsanitary. My daughter told me that she would have rather spent the night sleeping in the car than in that room. If I could give negative stars, I would. This is unacceptable.

I feel the proper needs a lot of updates. The whole carpet was filthy. The only thing good I found was the front desk. Clerk took good care of us. Other than that I gave a total rating of 3by the way. The mattress on the bed I filled the springs in it. The pillows are hard.

We stayed here for a soccer tournament, it was cheap and not too far away. We got what we payed for. The staff was very nice, and tried their best to be accommodating. The staff is the only reason for higher than one star. It is a place to lay your head, but not one I would likely revisit. The bed was similar to laying a cardboard box onto a pack of springs. I asked to try a different room thinking it was maybe that one, and it was not. If you stay get a room with double beds, the king mattresses are abysmally uncomfortable. The "breakfast" is a sack breakfast, an apple, muffin and yogurt in a bag. Better than nothing, but definitely not what was expected. The pool area was ok at best, it definitely needed some cleaning and maintenance. The "hot tub" says it can seat 6, but really it would be 6 children comfortably, unless you REALLY like the people you are in there with. One of our friends rooms was missing the smoke detector and stunk of cigarette smoke. Our shower did not drain properly and the water when started had an interesting smell to it. (would not drink the tap there)
