VERY DISAPPOINTED STAY!
Reserved handicap accessible room, fridge did not work. Was moved to another room which was not handicapped accessible and had no heat. I got an extra blanket, heat not fixed until 2:00 PM Friday afternoon. They brought me a shower chair but there were no grab bars for me to use for helping me get in and out of the tub which is where the shower chair was placed. Nor was the shower slip resistant.
I had planned on visiting with my family but I was not about to attempt a shower when there was no heat. Therefore most of the day was not productive.
We never had issues in the past when it was owned by LaQuinta.
As I was leaving the General Manager asked if the remainder of my stay was alright and I said no. He told me to contact him directly when I plan my next trip and I told him that I doubt that I would stay there again.
I feel that I should not have been charged for the first night. He gave me no response.
Very disappointing!
