"First of all, I couldn’t get checked in due to the third-party booking app I used. The gentleman was kind enough to allow me to go to my room in lieu of waiting for the response. He knew that I was a travel nurse because I frequent there often. My advice to anyone thinking of staying here is to book at the front desk directly with him as he will match any third-party app and there’s never any issues"

"The house was very nice at first glance and was in a beautiful location. However we very quickly noticed the lack of cleanliness. We had to wipe down the table outside and the counters inside because they were still sticky. The outside table took about 6 wipes to clean and each one came off black. There were also ant traps on the kitchen counter right by where we would cook which seemed like a major safety hazard or health risk. Everything seemed to be falling apart or damaged in the house. The couch was cracked in the middle, towel holders were falling off the walls. The fridge and freezer both had some sort of latch issue and were difficult to keep closed. When we arrived there were still dirty dishes in the dishwasher and honestly looked like there was maybe a light cleaning, but nothing near what should be done for a house like this. When we got back from dinner one of the nights the keypad was malfunctioning and we were locked out for about 20 minutes. We called the host twice, but it went straight to voicemail both times. After speaking to the host he simply said that we should have contacted them during our stay so they could help the problem then, but I’m not totally sure what they could have even done. I was overall just slightly disappointed in the quality due to the price I paid, and that I paid a specific cleaning fee. "

"The breakfast was ok by free breakfast standards. The property is clean, but the smell of chlorine from the pool permeates every hallway. The staff are pleasant. The click in my room was broken. It took 3 substitute clocks & 3 staff, but dang it. I got a working clock. I've stayed here before & will again."
