Bed were so uncomfortable, towels had hair on them. Pillows was horrible. Woke up with neck pain. 470. and no breakfast.

My only issue is that there were no dishes at all provided. No paper towels, no Kleenex. I believe their website said there would be one set of eating utensils provided. I hate to complain, so I just made it work. Bed was very comfortable and it was a very clean place. No one available at front desk after waiting 15 minutes to check out. I and two other guests were calling and waiting but no one came. I’m sure at an economy hotel, they can only have a skeletal staff and I understand. So I left my key and the hair dryer I used at the front desk and left. That should be ok. I used to work at Best Western as well as the Hyatt Regency, and a key drop off is all they need for a check out if you didn’t incur incidentals.

Review from Project Engineer

I book travel for our company and this was the response from the project engineer that stayed at this location. Oh don’t worry, it’s not your fault at all, from the outside it looks great. Once I got in the room the floors were sticky and dirty, there were 2 cockroaches I found when I turned the lights on, the bed was pretty uncomfortable and the pillows were small and flat, something you would see in a hospital bed.. and then the coffee station was serving cold day old coffee on the way out lol I wouldn’t recommend it again to anyone, but maybe I just got a bad room? But either way I do appreciate you organizing everything for me last week! Thank you again Glenda!

Check in manager was very efficient and friendly. Bed cover stained. Linens dingy. Bare bones, no coffee pot, sample size bar of soap, absolutely nothing else. Someone running the vacuum in the hallway outside our door after quiet hours. Women talking loudly in the hallway outside our door with children running in the hallway. Neighboring room’s TV was loud, we could hear it through the wall. Doors slamming at all hours. Good location, outside of the building is very attractive. Lobby was clean.our bathroom was clean.

Clean but strange

The hotel was clean and mostly modern. It was a place where people stay for long periods, a month or longer. That meant some weird characters were there. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I had to go to the front desk for a hair dryer because they can’t keep them in the rooms. Guessing theft is a problem. The beds were very uncomfortable and the blanket situation was bad. I was glad my daughter and I had extra in the car. If you’re looking for a cheap and clean place, this one works.

Don’t expect better

It was an okay type of hotel, didn’t expect much for it being a small hotel. Rooms were clean but a few disappointments such as the bed was very creaky and not too comfortable, the pillows were very thin and not soft, the tv didn’t have god quality of color to even enjoy watching..

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else! Don't expect a shower curtain or toilet paper cuz you don't get any. Could do with out the hassle at the front desk. Thanks for making it difficult at midnight to check in with locked doors having to use a phone then waiting on a guy to open the front desk. Then after all that making me go back out to the parking lot to get the second ID. There were 2 of us and they insisted on havening a DL on both of us. I had my ID I booked the reservation that's all I need elsewhere coast to coast haven't had to wake the wife up on a late check-in for ID.
