Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Hallway carpet dirty, thermostat varies, unable to move vent when AC blows directly at your face, bulb burnt out, and pool has bathtub ring. Great staff, not enough cleaning.

This is the second straight year we have stayed here for spring training baseball. It is convenient to the ball park (10 minute drive) and a number of dining options and when we come back next year it will definitely be the place we will want to stay.

The location for this hotel made it convenient to get to both the Surprise and the Peoria Sports Complexes for spring training ball games. It sits in between both. Easy access to restuarants. Hotel is noisy, only provides small pillows that seem more decorative than useful and we were there for 4 days and never received room service. We asked the front desk and were told that they were really busy and didn't do room service but every 3 days unless requested. We told them we were fine without daily room service but needed towels each day, still didn't receive that. Went to the front desk to get towels and they were running short.

We had an excellent stay! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The suites provide plenty of room to relax after a day of outings. We enjoyed the breakfast. There was a large variety of hot and cold choices each morning. We came to watch a couple of Royals spring games. This is property was an excellent location to the ball park. We will definitely stay here again.
