STAY AWAY!!! This property was gross to say the least. Photos for evidence. The air filters had never been changed and the “clean” towels had hair on them and one towel even had a bug on it. The hallway bathroom sink was clogged from day one and never drained. When leaning back on the couch the back of the cushions got exposed and was filled with hair and dust. The towels by the pool that were laid out on the loungers looked like someone walked on them with dirt on their feet. The kitchen sink smelled rancid every time we used it. The utensils even looked unusable. The host was difficult to communicate with as well. We were there on business and having to try to communicate with her was beyond annoying and the experience trying to message back and forth gave me anxiety on top of what we had to deal with work wise while there. After tons of back and forth the cleaning lady finally was able to come the 2nd to last day of our 5 day stay and only was able to replace one air filter and didn’t even vacuum to clean the debris that fell from the old air filter. This is somewhere you stay if you just want a cute place and don’t care about cleanliness. Our allergies were the worst they’ve been in a while and whether it was subconscious or not, we felt itchy the whole time. I could say so much more but I have a limit on what I can type, just proceed with caution. Hoping they addressed all the issues we brought up
