The hotel was excellent, favorably situated near restaurants, shopping, and Tempe Beach. However, a malfunctioning elevator presented a significant inconvenience, requiring a choice between a lengthy detour via another elevator or Climb four-flight of stairs. We opted for the stairs after bringing our luggage to the room. It was inconvenient.

Very nice area if you’re looking to party in mill ave this location is perfect. Walking distance & it’s super safe to come back & sleep cause your key is required to open up the front doors 10/10, the girl in the front desk was a little rude but she didn’t change the fact that our stay was 10/10, also the king bed is amazing. Best sleep in a while!

Nickel and dime fees

It was a good room but beware of unexpected charges. Wanted to charge my children $15 to park and visit for an hour. Then we check out and they added an unexpected $75 pet fee and we did not have a pet stay in room with us
