There are shared walls and neighbors, and they will report excessive guests and noise to us and the HOA (if not Police) - this includes the community pool (HOA quiet hours are from 8 am - 10 pm).

NO PETS OF ANY KIND!
*Please note that a fine of $500 for bringing a pet (any kind)
*A fine of $100/day offense during stay

NO SMOKING - $750 FINE - If the house smells like smoke, we will charge a $750 de-orderizing fee

LATER THAN AGREED CHECK-OUT - $25+ - If possible, we will offer early check-in or late check-out, but if there are ANY guests still at the property after the agreed-upon check-out time, we are charged a fee from Housekeeping, so then we charge you.

If requested by the host, guests are required to provide a copy of their government-issued ID and a list of full names for all guests staying at the property to the host.
