My family visit was made so much more comfortable by have a place to retreat and regroup. I love my grandchildren dearly and we had lots of fun. They even visited Oma at the hotel for a swim in the pool, that was the best!

I accompanied my husband for a business trip. We stayed at this hotel. It’s walking distance to many retail stores and restaurant chains. While a car isn’t necessary, it was nice to have because the blocks are quite long. It was also convenient to have a car to go to Sedona, Phoenix, and Scottsdale. The whole neighborhood where this hotel is located at feels newly developed. Our room was spacious and comfortable. I worked from the hotel room while my husband went to work at his company’s office. The hotel had free continental breakfast, which was a nice surprise and greatly appreciated. We enjoyed the hot bar (sausages, bacon, eggs) as well as the cold bar (oatmeal, yogurt, cereal). They also had coffee. The gym amenities looked new and nice but I didn’t use it. I frequented the gym though, since there is a free water dispenser inside. The pool looked nice but was always busy, so I never went inside. We stayed during MLB practice season, so it was quite busy. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable option.

Staff member that checked us in was rude and somewhat racist. She acted as if we could not afford a room. She placed ID's up to our faces and scrutinized our credit card with a noticable attitude. We travel and stay in many hotels in a year, and never experienced this type of treatment. Also, on our 2 day stay our room was never cleaned or given towels. When I called desk to get towels, I was told housekeeping was only on request on 2nd night and I had to go to desk to get towels. Maybe we should have been told at check-in.

The staff were friendly and responsive. Loved the walkability to EVERYTHING! Pool was great - the misters are a nice touch in the heat. Rooms are spacious and free breakfast is great!
