Great location, we arrived very late from the airport. Shuttle service was timely, staff at check in were very polite and efficient. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Shuttle service back to airport the following morning was timely.

Shuttle service is confusing and lack of communication. Airport terminal 3 shuttle service is down because of the construction, but the hotel didn’t mention anything about that. We were waiting at terminal 3 for a long time and ended up taking a uber.

Staff checked us in room 108 and half an hour staff checked another client in room 108. They even reprogram the door to get in. I open the door after weir noises and they just said sorry.

Checked in late. Expedia says no late check in so called the property because my fly was delayed. They said no prob. Walk into hotel and no front desk person. Have to wait 5 min before some woman shows up. Go up to my room. Pass by a spooky room with door propped open call down to front desk no answer. Call the property on my phone. No answer. I was afraid to come out of my room late at night & can’t reach anyone. I called literally for 15 min before someone answered with no one in the lobby.
