the staff got ahold of Expedia for me because I had surgery scheduled and didn't have time to call them and resolve a lost reservation situation. It took a significant burden off of me and I'm thankful for such a helpful staff. Thank you. Above and beyond service! From now on, I'm using my Hilton Membership to reserve rooms.

The only issue I had with our staff is we had no noise keeping service for our room the entire time we were there. We took out our trash and requested for new towels when needed (taking out our dirty linen and dropping it off at the end of our floor in front of the door labeled linen

First assigned room had loud traffic noise and noise from floor above, after asking for the quietest room available at check-in. At 9 pm, went to the front office and was reassigned to a much better room. Relocating was annoying, but much better accommodations and appreciated.

The bathtub is rusted and patched. The bathroom sink upchucks rusty crap every morning. The guy tried to fix it but couldn’t figure it out. The breakfast was mostly crappy. I was supposed to get room service every other day but I didn’t. I complained and they came the next day. It was the craptel. I would never go there again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and the room was comfortable, even if it wasn’t exceptional. Overall, it offers good value for money.

Everything was fine and very convenient to walk back and forth to St Joseph’s Hospital. Plenty of dining choices also an easy walk. One homeless person sleeping on the sidewalk which I would not feel safe if alone.
