Summary:
Welcome to our home in a quiet neighborhood that provides all the comforts and amenities of your home. Relax in your private pool (w/optional heating) surrounded by palms and a spacious covered patio with plenty of outdoor seating. Enjoy outdoor living with the large turf area, BBQ grill, outdoor TV, and fire table.

Conveniently located close to all that Arizona has to offer--hiking, sports (spring training, football, PIR, hockey, golf), Lake Pleasant, and Westgate Entertainment District.

The Space:
The large and open kitchen is fully stocked including coffee and a coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, large griddle, dishware, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, blender, and more.

There are additional Smart TV's in the living room and master bedroom (with your own subscriptions). Ceiling fans complete each room, along with, plenty of closet space and dressers.

Please Note: ***Parties and large groups or gatherings are strictly prohibited.*** Please limit guests to those listed on the reservation.

The neighborhood has good walking paths, the house was clean and well cared for, the pool was fantastic… having family members that are rather tall the beds were perfect as no foot boards but the living room furniture was a bit small and close together. But really, it was a great place to stay and would do so again.

We had a wonderful stay. The homw was comfortable, clean, and very well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything you could want/need. We had a wonderful time ! The property was very clean and comfortable! We had a hiccup with the heater on the pool and the owners responded and fixed it promptly. We loved this property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was spacious, modern, and clean, and everything that we might have needed was provided.
