We are the perfect spot for any stay with rooms available from 3 nights to 1 year! Quick getaway, summer internship, relocation and snowbirds- we host it all!

Located just 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Park Suites offers a prime location for any type of traveler. Our gated community includes a private entrance to the famous 11 mile Scottsdale Greenbelt, a heated pool and spa, an onsite office and maintenance team, laundry facility, and a business center! We serve fresh popcorn and coffee daily, as well as, the occasional donut day.

Use your private entrance to enter this particular home located on the first floor, and facing the Greenbelt! This suite has been remodeled to include beautiful upgraded furniture, tile, cabinets, and more! Furnished with a king size bed and pull out sleeper sofa, your suite has all you need to feel right at home from the moment you walk through the front door. Each unit has a spacious living room, including a sleeper sofa for extra room, with a dining area; walk through kitchen with full size appliances; and a bedroom with an attached bathroom, large walk in closet, and private patio (balcony)!

The fresh and clean appeal of this home is perfect. The thoughtful little touches added go a long way to make this the perfect place to call home. All rooms are stocked with most cooking utensils, a toaster and coffee maker, 2 TVs, iron and ironing board, comfy pillows, and cozy furnishings. Easy location, good amenities

Great location with good outdoor spaces and backs to a park for walks. The unit seemed like it was cleaned after last use and not touched since so it was very dusty. The bathroom also need some updates especially to the shower/tub. Overall a good spot to stay.

Comfortable stay for most part

Overall impression of property was good, very good temperature in unit, we did have to clean the floor as we found it needed to be cleaned, the bathroom sink we declogged as it wasn't draining. The kitchen has bare min for utensils, the BBQs need to be serviced as even in high took awhile to cook properly. Very quiet area, fortunately the apartment project adjacent did not have much building going on during our stay. Would stay again but found the overall price high per night

Location Location Location

This condo was perfect in everyday. The location could not be beat. Sitting in the South Scottsdale area just off the 110. The place is old but has been updated. You can see some tiredness in the bathroom cabinets but other than that no issues. Very clean and the grounds are kept up very nice. ½ mile to Fry's for groceries and what was a huge plus for me was the Gluten Free Bakery just a block away. Would I stay here again. Oh hell yes.
