"This is an excellent hotel with a great staff. They are always willing to help with all tourist activities and transportation options. The breakfast was great with numerous selections. The room was big and clean. Laundry was done on site for a good price. And there’s plenty of parking on the property. ..."

"so, a big part of this is my own fault, but they do advertise a 24 hour convenience desk, which is not true. I came in at one in the morning because the bus dropped me off, I had to walk 20 minutes to get to the hotel from the station, and when I got there, nobody was at the helpdesk. There were two little boys sleeping behind the helpdesk, but they didn’t stir to a flashlight in their faces. I had to check myself in, grab my own key, make my own bed, and clean up a little bit. There was no soap in the bathroom, it was difficult to get the AC running, and there wasn’t even a light in the bathroom. Overall, I feel like I got scammed out of my money. "
