This is one of those older well kept holiday properties on the beachfront of Okanagan Lake. Affordable and iconic , I hope these properties remain the way they are , welcoming ordinary working people and families. The staff at the Spanish Villa is super friendly and very accommodating!

The beach across the street. I like the location where the hotel is not right in the middle of crowds but not far from them. Parking is a bit tough but still okay. The room was good just too compact with the big dining table. The bathroom for sure need a fan. Customer service is great. Overall it was a good stay. Will for sure comes back!

The beds were good and clean. The staff was friendly and the location was excellent. They need to upgrade their bathrooms. The price was fair I would stay again. I am not on vacation to hang out in my room .

We stayed in the room with two bedrooms and a kitchen with the lake view. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom had a leaking tub faucet and the exhaust fan did not work but that was minor. The knives in the kitchen were extremely dull so I would recommend bringing your own if you plan on cutting vegetables. For the first night we had a parking spot right outside our door which was amazing but the last two nights over-height vehicles snagged our spot which was unfortunate. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice and cool, but we could hear people above us easily. The location was unbeatable. We will definitely stay here again!

Hotel’s standard has dropped significantly! Have been staying with them for many years but both the standard and service is less than average. Room’s standard is not worth the price! Such small rooms with squeezed in furniture. We arrived around 8:30pm and the hallway light didn’t work, blinds didn’t work, screen door wouldn’t close, etc. Extremely tight space overall. TV stand’s wood strip had come loose and tore some of my tops while going by because of lack of space. For the steep price they do not offer house keeping and we’d to pickup fresh linen from the office which is ridiculous! Only plus point was check-in/out. We definitely won’t be staying here anymore

Perfect location for a family with the park next door and beach across the street. Room still had a stale smoke smell to it and floors hadn't been swept/cleaned and felt dirty. Beds and mattresses are quite old and uncomfortable. Okay for a short stay of a couple nights but wouldn't want to for much more than that.
