We had a handicap room, full bathtub with a rusty big pole to help my wife step in I had to make sure she did not fall. No toilet paper in the double roll dispenser, towel rack rusty etc. both pools shut down by some authority no message to us, we booked 2 months earlier?oh yea also the room not cleaned, also 10 plus min for hot water

Advertised indoor and outdoor pool. On arrival informed the outdoor pool is seasonal only opens in summer and the indoor pool has been closed for over a week and is still not open. The advertisement should specify pool only opened in summer. Room was great, huge and newly renovated. Breakfast buffet was yummy.

We were in Room 101, about 8:30 - 9:00 p.m. Tues. night someone was doing laundry. We could hear the washing machine/dryer going. We weren't sure what it was at first, but figured it was coming from the laundry room as we were just around the corner from it. Fortunately it was early evening so it wasn't too bothersome! The breakfast was wonderful, beds were very comfortable, and the room very clean and spacious. All in all we had a wonderful stay! We will be reserving a stay on our next trip, thank you! Dianne

I check in on Sunday and until Thursday afternoon no service at all. First 2 nights I order the food delivery on Thursday I waking to room smell coming from Garbage I call front desk lady name Marlene answer the phone I told her she’s in 5 minutes was there for me towels and carbage bag and remove the garbage she’s my hero
