I found the room extremely dark. Lack of lighting was annoying. Only way to get the room lit up was to open the window to outside which is brutal since people can look right into your room. Privacy was sacrificed just to be able to see in our room. Fridge worked on and off, had a bunch of food go bad because it stopped one day. I also didnt like that you couldnt get any room cleaning unless you were there for a minimum of 7 days. Location would be the only thing id say was great about this place

Area is clean. I just noticed that the washroon doesn’t have an exhaust and the room smells like cigarette smoke. But everything is clean especially the utensils. The area feels safe as well.

We checked in and very late in the evening and morning - a group of East Indians (guests) decided to have a party on the top deck. They were loud and caused lots of noise - when we tried to get hold of the front desk no one was there - the office was locked and no contact numbers!! A couple others occupants came out to confront them and an older women in the pack got very mouthy to the point of the people approaching them about the noise started to deal with them very strongly - thought there was going to be a brawl... again no help from the hotel - it is a very unsafe atmosphere there - When we went at 9am to checkout and speak to them again no one was in the office!! It was locked down and all the drapes closed. I will not stay at this hotel again.

I definitely liked the hotel. Rooms were clean, undated. My only comment and also with other customers.....having more clear instruction when someone is actually physically present in office. Myself and other hotel guests were seen going to office only to discover that nobody was there. On two occasions, even when it was stated on sign on door that someone was in attendance: they were not. The ability to text in the morning was helpful....not so much later in morning or afternoon
