Staff was courteous and polite. Rooms were clean and well appointed. The breakfast was okay, I would’ve liked a hot option, like eggs, not premade, frozen, Jimmy Dean sandwiches and frozen pre-peeled hard boiled eggs. The pool was nice, but it was cold, almost like the heat was off or broken.

I found a bug in my bed in the middle of the night and when I brought it to the manager It was implied that I brought it in myself. I asked for my room to be cleaned and for some compensation but was told no. They said they refreshed the room but I know that they didn’t change the sheets
