Ocean view was nice. The property is showing signs of age and poor upkeep. Rooms were not that clean and staff we dealt with were not very professional in customer service or attire .

There was a convention at the center during our stay and there was absolutely no parking available. We were required to park in the event parking, which was a half a block away. Building seems very old and needs to be updated. Pool was clean, but also needed updating. The bar and grill had good food. And it was very convenient for us to be on the beach.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The first room we were given was in terrible condition — the toilet was leaking, there was hair in the bathroom, the tub was clogged, and the room felt empty, missing basic items like a lamp and luggage stand. It also had a bad smell. When we went downstairs the next morning to complain, the staff member was rude and unhelpful. She even tried to charge us extra and gave different answers about when the manager would be available (telling one guest 9 AM and us 1 PM). Several other customers were also complaining at the same time. We asked to be moved and were given a room facing the ocean. This room smelled much better, had more amenities, and was more comfortable overall. However, it still wasn’t complete — the closet rod was missing. After a 9-hour drive for a convention, this was not what we expected. The convention itself went well, but the hotel experience was frustrating from start to finish. We will not be staying here again.

We booked online didn't want anything to fancy we just wanted a place to stay the weekend. We arrived our first room wasn't ready even though we arrived way after check-in. The second room was made up to look clean but when we turned down the sheets one bed had fresh blood stains and the other bed had sunscreen and adult activity type stains all over it the bathroom had hairs all over the toilet. The third room we got was better it atleast had clean sheets so we accepted it but the door wouldn't lock it would just push open maintenance said they fixed it while we were at dinner but they did not fix it. The pool was filthy we couldn't swim in it. The breakfast that was supposed to be a continental breakfast you had to pay for so no big deal we go down to get food and it smelled so bad it the restaurant area we had to leave. The website showed beautiful pictures the hotel was nothing like it now the pictures must of been when the first open and it. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for a nice place. We would have left but it took several days for the money to be put back on our card then we'd have to spend more money on a second hotel for a two night stay.

They definitely sell you a dream online and when you get there in person, it is completely different. The staff is rude and unfriendly. The hotel itself is in poor condition along with the swimming pool, which looks like it hasn’t been cared for along with the hotel in years the beds are all twin size you’re not allowed to park golf carts there if you rent them along with moped, slingshots, etc. if you can don’t stay here, they suck

It was a basic hotel. I liked that it was right on the beach. The whole time I was there the covers and all of my stuff was a little wet because of the air conditioning. I would definitely recommend bringing your own covers because what was on the bed felt like curtains. It definitely wasn’t the best but it was good for the price I paid.
