Luxury throughout! Beautiful updated condo on the beach! New mattresses and furniture. Indoor and outdoor pool, theater and arcade. Restaurant on site and covered parking garage. Easy walking distance to Pier Park. Wake up and have coffee on your private balcony while watching dolphins!

This is not your usual investor owned property-this is our family's vacation home we share with friends and our guests. We take pride in it and we want you to enjoy it as well. You can expect our home to be to fully equipped, updated, and clean...and if there is any issue, we want to know and we'll fix it. The TVs are highest quality 4k, name brand and huge (we love our football and baseball); the mattresses are new and incredibly high quality; and the remodeled kitchen with quartz waterfall has everything from air fryer and crockpot to a full set of utensils and cutlery. We try to leave extra soaps and such so you don't have to immediately make a run for necessaries. As a special extra treat, our storage room has some inflatables, boogie boards, beach toys, beach chairs and a beach buggy to carry to the sand.

Last Minute Beach Stay

Fantastic condo for our last minute beach stay! I must have overlooked it but was pleasantly surprised to find there was a 3rd bathroom which was great for our kids to use. The view was fantastic and we even saw dolphins! We hope to come back and stay again!

Condo was FANTASTIC

Condo was everything that was described online. VERY Close to Pier Park, parking was easy and in the middle of all the action. It was spacious and very clean! Be prepared to wait a long time for the elevator but that comes with staying at Tidewater. The property manager was on top of everything. We had a small issue and they jumped on solving it. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Best Host Ever

We absolutely loved our stay at Sugar Shores in Tidewater! Becky is an amazing host! Excellent communication the entire time. The condo is beautiful and has absolutely everything you could ever need. We saw dolphins every morning. Love the location. I don’t have anything bad to say at all. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!

Beautiful Updated Beachfront Condo in Great Location

This is a very nice, clean, updated condo. The owners have done a wonderful job decorating to create a beautiful space that is also very comfortable. The two bedrooms both have en suite bathrooms and there is an additional full bathroom in the bunk area. We are a family of four and both of our teenagers brought friends. The kids all loved hanging out at the beach, pool and on the balcony. The 4th of July fireworks show from the balcony was awesome! The condo is in a location that makes it possible to park when you get there and walk to food and shopping. Pier Park is visible from the condo and the older teenage boys walked there one day. I believe it was roughly a mile. The owner was very responsive during our stay. We were able to use the beach chairs from the storage room (very convenient storage area by the way) which was nice since we left ours at home. The only downside to the whole trip was the elevators which is no reflection on the condo or owners. I understand they are working on updating so some may have been down at the time and it was 4th of July weekend and packed. We just waited for the elevators when hauling our stuff in and out and got plenty of exercise courtesy of the stairs the rest of the time.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was very clean and very well decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the condo had everything needed to cook meals and feel like home. The only complaint is the elevator issues at the facility, which has nothing to do with the condo itself. Communication with Owner was fast and easy!

Girls Weekend

My friends/co-workers and I stayed for a weekend and we had the best time! The condo was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed plus more. The beds were comfortable and I was even impressed with how comfortable the pull out couch bed was! The only thing we didn’t like was the resort itself had very slow elevators and we had to climb/use the stairs (12 stories) quite often. Becky is a wonderful host and I loved her condo. I can’t wait to return to Sugar Shores and bring my family!

The condo was clean and comfortable. I was not too happy about extra parking fee I was informed about on our ride to the beach. It was not listed in online description nor was it in the pre-payment. Your should really list all charges upfront. Not to mention the cost of the parking fee was based on how many bedrooms in the condo (not the # of cars parking).

Beautiful Slice of Heaven

I would like to thank the Robertson Family for allowing us to use their rental for a small getaway and to celebrate our daughters Birthday. They actually picked out the place. They communicated with us and made everything nice and easy :) The unit is fully updated and has nice flat screen TVs and some nice high speed internet. It is fully loaded with everything that you need. We definitely rested and enjoyed ourselves at PCB. Everything was clean and they made sure, you felt right at home. The elevators were not an issue - since it is offseason. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you all again.

The unit was absolutely top notch from check in to check out. Everything was top quality from the mattresses, to the linens, to the kitchenware provided. Even the showerheads were upgraded in all three bathrooms. The mattress on the pull out couch was as comfortable as the rest of the bedrooms- which is hard to accomplish! The mattresses in the main bedrooms/bunks were very clean and super high quality. There were many extra touches from the owners that made the property a home away from home. There were other “extras” such several beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs - all provided. The beach items were top quality too. The owner was in constant communication all week to make our stay one we will not soon forget. I will definitely book this unit over and over for a family trip to PCB.

We were thrilled with this beautiful condo for our family beach trip. The decor is so well thought out and doesn’t make you feel cluttered like some beach condos do. The dishes, utensils, appliances, and furniture are all high-quality and scream luxury. There is even an amazing margarita set of dishes that we enjoyed and beautiful blue wine glasses. The beds were SO comfortable and the linens were also high quality. I loved all the spare quilts for when we relaxed on the couch. We had plenty of dining space for our large family of 6 and there is also great patio furniture. Elevators are very slow as you will read in other reviews of Tidewater. Having the beach chairs provided was huge for us because we couldn’t fit them packing. The owner’s communication was above and beyond and we could tell she genuinely wanted us to have a great time. She always had prompt responses and was very sweet. We definitely received amazing value for what we spent on the trip. Thank you so much for being a great host!
