Everything plus more

We loved our stay at this house. The host was so accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions we had. This house beautifully decorated and has everything you need for your stay. The backyard was so nice for the children! One of the main reasons that we stayed here was because the rental rate came with bicycles, boogie boards, scooters, beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, and much, much more. Brandie was wonderful to work with. We will be back. Thanks so much again!

Heaven on earth!

In one word magnificent, Extremely clean and so well stocked with anything you need for the pool or the beach. You can walk to the beach, you can even see it from the driveway! The house is absolutely beautiful, plenty of room (we had 9 adults). Well stocked kitchen, plenty of beds and bathrooms. Couches, swing and picnic table and so many loungers outside. Very well stocked for babies and little ones. It is very close to shopping, restaurants and there are 2 ways out so you don’t have to go on the main road if you don’t want to! Brandy has thought of everything! She was always available to us! The perfect hostess!

An AWESOME Family House

As a kid we would rent a condo in PCB every summer for a week and after retiring from the Marines we started that tradition back up. Our family has outgrown our friends condo so we booked Laguna Pearl and had an awesome week with the whole family. Just like the add said we didn’t have to pack a thing! They had beach chairs, umbrellas, strollers, bikes, floats for kids, THE WORKS so don’t worry about packing the car down with the kitchen sink. The house fit our family perfect and was designed with kids in mind. They had plenty of play space inside for those rainy summer afternoons and the upstairs family room was a huge bonus. The rooms were setup very well with great bedding. The interior finishes are premium and so are the household furnishings and appliances. We have stayed in a few VRBO’s and appreciate this one having quality items like we have in our homes. We had a really great time and my only drawback to the property is having a Blink camera overlooking the patio and pool area. This was the first in our stays with properties and just made things a little weird looking up and seeing the red lights on. Overall we had no major issues and the host was quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. Thank you for having such a great property for our family to enjoy

Great place to stay with all the extras

This rental was fabulous. By far one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed with all the extras. It was completely stocked. We literally could have just showed up with clothes only and been set! Lots of extras in the garage for the beach, pool, you name it. Brandie was great to communicate with and super helpful!

We love it and couldn't have imagined anything better. Since we were traveling with babies there wasn't anything we needed that wasn't supplied. The hosts were easy to communicate with. Would recommend this to others and definitely stay there again.

Our family of 12, 8 adults and 4 kids stayed for 4 nights. We had an amazing experience! The house is beyond gorgeous. The backyard area was amazing for our family. Our time was basically split between the beach and the backyard. The pool and play area was a hit with our family. This is also the best stocked house we have ever stayed at. They have everything for you to use - bikes, scooters, beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, coolers, paddle boards, sand toys, and pool toys! We also left at least 5 pairs of googles and the some snorkels for the next family to use. Brandie was an excellent and fast communicator, also sent me a text the check in day just to make sure the house was okay! The house is a short walk down the road to a beach access point, we walked it multiple times a day with no problem. In February we had the scare of a lifetime with my mom. We honestly didn't think she would be here today. Everything about our trip was perfect. Grateful for the perfect place to allow our family to relax and just take time to be thankful. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

The best family beach vacation

This is one of the most beautiful beach houses I've stayed in. Me and my family loved everything about it. We had 4 couples and 5 kids, and we all fit comfortably. The pool alarm can get annoying, but we also appreciated it bc we did have 3 kids under the age of 3. This house has everything you may need and a garage full of beach and pool necessities plus all the beach towels you could ever need. It's also a short walk to the beach. The grocery store is also only about 2 miles. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip, and we will definitely be back.

Family Thanksgiving Trip

We have been vacationing in this area for over 20 years and this rental is definitely one of our favorites! It is by far the cleanest property! Top notch, luxury bedding, and towels (even beach and pool towels)! The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to cook our meals and we ate in almost every night. The back yard was our favorite hangout with something for everyone to do, swim, cornhole, bocce, fire pit, kids toys, relax on the day bed with the tv. All the furniture throughout the house was comfortable, clean, and well kept. The garage was filled with beach gear from chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, bikes, scooters, etc. The amenities in this house are five star. Brandie was an excellent host and she makes her home very welcoming!!

Fantastic Fall Break

Beautiful house a five to ten minute walk from the beach. Plenty of room for everyone. Very family friendly for guests with kids, including a baby gate at the stairs. The heated pool was a fantastic benefit for fall! Brandie was wonderful with communication. They thought of everything! We had a fabulous time!

Absolutely Fabulous!!!

We’ve been traveling to the PCB and Destin area for years now and the last several with friends. This house had everything!!! The location was probably less then five minutes walking to the Beach and on the quieter and less crowded side of PCB. Only 1.5 miles from Thomas Donuts. My husband walked there and back every morning for his daily exercise. We especially enjoyed the pool and my daughter learned to swim underwater in it! The entire home was immaculate and updated. Appliances were top notch and cooking for a large group was a breeze with all the utensils and gadgets that you would need. I loved being able to make homemade waffles for everyone. We all really enjoyed all the little extras that the homeowner provided. Like soft, plush towels, comfortable beds and bedding, fuzzy blankets and an assortment of tea, coffee and syrups for them. There was plenty of room for our group of 11 and some to spare. We could congregate in the open living and dining area or go our separate ways and take a nap or just chill if we needed to. The out door set up was amazing with a playground and plenty of shaded seating and a grill for backyard cookouts complete with a fire pit for roasting delicious s’mores. What didn’t this house have? My only wish was a few extra drawers or baskets in the downstairs bedroom and a full length mirror. That’s it! Communication with the owner was great. I definitely recommend this wonderful home for you and family and friends to relax and connect together.

Perfect property for small children

From the moment we walked in the door, we were impressed by the modern, coastal decor, cleanliness, and high end appliances. Beds and linens were 5 star all the way. This house had plenty of dishes, silverware, cups, etc. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and none have been as well furnished as Laguna Beach Estates. And if you have small children, the property owner has everything they could possibly need to enjoy the pool or beach. Brandie went out of her way to make the place as accommodating as possible for traveling with tots. The pool was amazing and there was plenty of seating for everyone. My only recommendation would be a ceiling fan on the outside porch area, but we didn't let a small thing like that stand in the way of a good time. An added bonus was being able to sit on the upper balcony and watch the fireworks from the comfort of our "temporary home." Brandie was always available if there were any issues or if we needed help with anything. I highly recommend this place and would certainly not hesitate to stay again. Thank you Brandie for everything you did to make our first beach vacation with the grandbabies so memorable!!! You're the best :-)

We truly enjoyed this property. The owner was responsive and fabulous. We had an issue when we checked in but she fixed it immediately. The location was a super quick walk to the beach and my kids enjoyed the pool. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
