Great Accomodation!

Beautiful rooms with everything needed for a three night stay. Weather was great too! Will rent again for sure! Out contact person was attentive and ensured we lacked for nothing.

Our moms trip this year was fantastic, the weather was perfect our condo was perfect and the guy who helped us during our stay Riley was quick and professional with anything we needed help with! we will be staying again many more times and using Gretas Rentals to help book our future Stays

Highly Recommend

Definitely would recommend staying at this property. Plenty of room for a family of four (two adults and two teens). All the amenities you would need are on hand. We enjoyed sipping our coffee and watching the dolphins early in the morning. Short trip down the elevator and through the garage to the beach. Beach chair and a parking spot were a definite plus. I would definitely stay here again.

Superb in every way and exactly as described in their listing. The double master suites, both with amazing Gulf of Mexico views, were outstanding. The massive balcony allowed for maximum benefits of the great view and breeze and had great furniture so that you could take advantage of the views. We had absolutely no problems whatsoever. The floorplan was great allowing for everyone to enjoy the unit. Sixth floor was perfect for access and view.The access to the beach was great and easy to get in and out of. The hot tub was large and well constructed and never too crowded. The pool was warm and felt great after a sweaty time in the steam room. Gas grills were provided and were easy to access. Parking was fabulous with a covered second floor space near the elevators. And we never waited over 30 seconds for an elevator the whole month we were there.Overall, nothing but praise for this property and the property manager. Everything was taken care of for us and they thought of everything we'd need. Can't wait to visit again. Thanks for everything.

Location was great. We have stayed in tropic winds several times since it was built. It is starting to show its age in areas like balcony railings outside building by pool area etc all needing paint and touch ups. Our contact Riley was excellent!!!! He was always right there to answer all questions and address our issues which were uncommonly high this trip. When we arrived all the shelves on door of fridge were broken or missing which really cut into our space for food Then one of the shower heads fell apart and busted. Then in the middle of cooking supper one night the microwave just quit was the original so they replaced it. Again every time we called Riley was right on it and tried to make things right as quick as possible. Thanks again Riley!! You could tell the owners to this property probably don’t stay here often. Definitely felt like a rental. With just a little tlc place would be great. The comforters were all old and pillows too. Then patio was really sandy when we got there so sand went all over the house and that was before we even made it to the beach. The rug going into condo on patio was so old, gross and full of sand The storage container on patio was broke and lid wouldn’t even fit on it. There were old flower pots sitting there with just dirt in them Again just a little updating and tlc would make all the difference in the world. Could be a 5 star place for sure.

Wonderful Condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had all the necessities plus more! The balcony was our favorite!! If we weren't on the beach, we were on the balcony. It is huge with plenty of seating. The day bed was my favorite and even enjoyed a few naps on it! My only recommendations on changes would be the ceiling fan to be replaced in the right master bedroom. It made alot of noise. We had to go purchase a box fan to put in there. And also, better lighting in the left master bedroom bathroom. Maybe replace with LED bulbs. Other than those small things, our stay was perfect and we will defiently return in the future!!

This is our second year staying here. We like it because it has the spaces we need (3 bed/3 bath) but the deck sells us on it. The bed and two comfy chairs on the deck are amazing. The views are so nice from the deck. I like that they have little extra things like the extra beach chairs, etc. very nice condo!!

Tropic Winds 605 Panama City Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved everything about the condo. We traveled with friends 4 adults and 4 children. We loved that both masters had an ocean view with balcony access. The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed. We tried Mikes for dinner across the street, it was my favorite meal of the entire trip. We were also able to walk to down the street (about a 1/2 mile) to a an ice-cream/coffee shop and souvenir store. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Last Summer Vacation!

There is so much space, bedding and bathrooms are more than adequate. The best part: the porch and the view...nothing beats it! We had a minor issue with the floors upon check-in, which was handled immediately and thoroughly. Zero issues beyond that. The walk to the beach is fine. Parking is tight, but nothing to stress about. Overall, we had a wonderful stay! Thank you Greta’s Beach Rentals!

We had such a great time at the beach during spring break. This is our second time renting this condo. Hard to find such comfortable beds in a rental. Beautiful place to stay. Will certainly rent again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay was very good. A newer laminate floor had just been installed in the bedrooms and main area. That company did not resecure the dishwasher so when opened it tilted and skidded on the floor. When rental dept notified it was fixed the next morning. A vent in a bedroom rattled very loudly when the blower fan kicked on but a little wedge of toilet paper totally stopped it though. Our least favorite things were the couch and loveseat. The couch was a pullout (not counted in sleeping total) and when sitting on it your knees were higher than your hips making it difficult to get up from. When pushing on the cushion for support it went down to the same level. Balcony was very nice although a little crowded with furniture.FYI gas grills on property were spotless.
