Bed Bugs

We discovered at 1am that the main bedroom had bed bugs. While we were given a refund for the room, there was little help in relocating us. We had to find our own new accommodations and wait 5 days for a refund. The only option we were given was to find a hotel at our own expense and we could return to the room in 3-4 days once the bed bugs were taken care of. We relocated at our own Expense. We had to wash all of our clothes and belongings. We were out the check in fee along with losing days of our trip. Horrible experience. Will not be back

We will be back!

This property had everything we needed for our week stay with our family. We appreciated the 2 beach chairs and umbrella daily, along with 2 chairs in the unit to take to the beach. There was more than enough bathroom towels and the kitchen was fully stocked for all our cooking needs. We also spent time at the two outdoor pools and loved the convenience of a Starbucks at the resort.This unit was also less than a mile away from Pier Park, so the walk along the beach was perfect. I usually like to stay at different places, but this is a unit we would like to visit again in the future!

Room was great ! Elevator suck!!!

Room was clean and comfortable! Great room with everything you need ! I hate to complain because it’s not the owner of this great room . But we want be back only half of the elevators work . Starting with the parking deck elevator had to wait 15 min to 40 minutes to get on. The front desk act like we was crazy . When we waited 1 hour before taking the stairs to get to the beach. Everyone that we ran into was complaining about the elevators and said they would not be back . I’ve been at places at the beach at this time of year. An I know you are going to wait but this was overwhelming . Seen a guy with disabilities that he said he had to wait a 1/45 mins to get the elevator and he couldn’t take the elevator because of his disability (sad). But for the owners of the room I give a 5 star . But the service of the resort not even worth a 0

Wonderful condo-perfect location

Fantastic condo right on the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It was perfect for our family of six. Very clean and nicely furnished. Building and grounds were very nice. Check-in was a breeze. Properly Management was very helpful. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Love PCB!!

We love visiting PCB every year. This year we thought we would try Tidewater. We love the location but this building is too big and too busy for us. 7 elevators in the building and you still can’t get one without waiting a long time. Our unit was on the third for so it wasn’t a big deal to take the stairs. Sadly the unit wasn’t very clean when we arrived. The bedspreads were stained and the counters were still dirty from the previous tenant. But we didn’t let it ruin our beautiful week in the sun. Nothing we couldn’t look past just a bit disappointing. Cleaned the counter tops and went on with our week.

Overall impression of the property was great! Great set up and the owners were awesome and made great recommendations. We received a quick response and communication was very friendly. Everything we needed in the kitchen was provided. Having chairs and umbrella was a huge convenience. Is it possible to reserve the same chairs for the week rather than getting up everyday to reserve them? Recommend removing the carpet in rooms or change the type of carpet. The furniture needs a deep clean also. Recommend leaving a second set of sheets and bedding. Recommend new pillows as well. All is normal wear and tear but figured i would share.

Family Spring Break 2022

Our unit was perfect for our family. Had all of the amenities, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and had many hooks and places to hang towels ect. Our only complaint was the pools were very cold (wish they were heated) and there was a lot of weed smells on balcony, halls, and beach. But overall would stay again!!! Thank you!

Love Blue Heaven!

The condo was a perfect place to enjoy PCB. We are regular visitors to the area, and we almost always stay at Tidewater or Sterling Breeze. I love that this complex has a restaurant/bar on site. Tina, the host for Blue Heaven, is by far the best at hospitality that we've experienced. She goes out of her way to accommodate and make you comfortable. She has a week-equipped kitchen with extras like spices, oil, and other items. The view is fantastic, yet the third floor is walkable if elevators are too busy. Can't wait to return!

Wonderful week!

Really relaxing week at the Tidewater, it was more crowded than I anticipated but everyone was friendly and it was alot of fun. Owner was awesome to work with. One thing I have never encountered before was having a resort keep your driver's license until you returned a luggage cart..thought that was a little over the top🤷

Condo was awesome! Great location and Tina is fantastic to deal with! One and only complaint is the elevators. Waited over an hour and never got one as we were trying to get everything packed up and moved to car. Ended up carrying everything downstairs across the road to the garage in multiple loads to get loaded up. Totally ended the vacation on a crappy note.

Beyond expectations

Our condo was super nice! Overlooking the beach and ocean. There was plenty of room for us and the beds were comfortable. There were a lot of extras left for us to make things easier and we also left a few things as well. We had a great time and we were very comfortable. Tina made sure that we got checked in okay and was a pleasure to deal with. We definitely will book again in the future. The elevators are pretty bad but being on the 3rd floor made it a lot easier. All things considered I give it 5 stars. Thank you for a great stay it helped make our vacation a great one! 🌴😎🌴
