Hot Tub: The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily activated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours to reach 100–102°F, depending on outdoor temperature. If you’d like it warmed up before arrival, just message us—we’re happy to turn it on for you. Please note: the spa jets do not function.
Pool Heating: Pool heating is available for an additional $125 per day (plus tax) due to high natural gas usage. If requested, this fee will be billed prior to arrival.
Scheduled Maintenance: For your convenience, routine services may occur during your stay: • Pool service: Tuesday & Friday mornings • Landscaping: Monday mornings • Walk-up trash service: Thursday mornings These services are brief and should not disturb your stay.
Desert Living: As is common in Palm Springs, desert winds may occasionally blow sand into the pool. Our pool technicians do their best to remove it, though a small amount may remain between cleanings.
Noise Notice: The home is located near the airport, so you may see and hear aircraft. Most guests find this more entertaining than disruptive, and the airport does observe a curfew.

Great getaway home. My wife stayed her for my birthday. The house was true to the photos online. There was an issue with the power when we first arrived but Elissa handled it right away. Our puppy loved the place too, but be aware the astroturf gets very hot so keep them off or get them some booties. 19/19 would drag again .

Love this place!
We had such a great weekend at this location! The house was spotlessly clean and very cute! We really enjoyed the awesome pool and backyard. It was very close to downtown PS, so it was super convenient to get to the restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

Fun Stay in Palm Springs
Our friend group had a great stay at this nicely updated & decorated home, clean, comfortable space, and very comfortable beds. It is a convenient location near Palm Springs, desert hikes, and a grocery store, quiet neighborhood (except for planes flying over- price you pay being close to airport- and it was neat seeing the vintage planes). The backyard space is a really fun hangout. Elissa was an amazing host, extremely kind & easy to communicate with, and quickly resolved a few minor issues we had. Checking in & out was a breeze. Joshua Tree National Park is cool to visit, then stop at The Tiny Pony Tavern for delicious burgers. Also loved the date shakes and fresh citrus trees. We all enjoyed our stay here.

Cute private and convenient stay
We found ourselves on a road trip from phoenix to Las Angeles and back to Palm Springs after adopting a dog. We needed a comfortable place with a nice, enclosed yard that would accommodate our two senior wieners and the new addition and our hosts were helpful and easy to work with. We even enjoyed the hot tub! The location was perfect and we had a quick jaunt through the city before heading back. Definitely recommended.
