We had a first floor room ,restroom had damaged walls and noisy was next to kitchen at 530am we had Wake-up from noise banging on shared wall Staff was friendly rest of property was clean and safe

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and 2 days. The desk clerks were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and tidy. The Continental Breakfast offered a variety of choices. We felt very safe and enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Front desk staff was not friendly when we checked in. Gave us a room on the ground floor next to the kitchen. Mornings were very noisy. I had called and asked to have our room next to or somewhat near my daughter who was checking in at the same time. We ended up on opposite sides of the hotel. This is not a way that a Bonvoy member should be treated. Overall I would give it a 2.
