Disappointingly, no refund.
We didn’t stay at this hotel due to unforeseen circumstances. Although Hotels.com tried to get a refund from the hotel, the hotel would not oblige. We are rearranging our trip to Laos next Spring. We will not be booking this hotel.

Swimming pool also beautiful (but bear in mind there are about 150 steps to get to it!). We had dinner at the hotel which was very nice and bfast was set, probably because we had an early transfer. Hotel rooms and views are so beautiful, i wish we'd stayed a few more days. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Would definitely recommend. "
