Staff was very friendly. I absolutely loved the patio area. The microwaves are shared on the top floor, but that's the only downside. I loved being outside while working and hanging out with the lizards.

Black mold on the ceiling in shower, old and run down, cockroach in bathroom in morning- very loud air conditioner- hard to moderate

The bathroom was really nasty. We need to stay for two days and the bathroom especially the bathtub was not clean. After fighting with the staff member, they sent someone to clean. The bed sheet was used and was not clean. I really do not recommend this hotel. Vert Very poor service. Not worth a value to stay.

My friend and I liked the pool very much. And we like that all the viewpoints were very close to the hotel that we did not know prior of staying there. If we needed help over there, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Liked that we were able to sit on the patio area and have dinner, breakfast. You would not be able to do that on the upper floors.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We reserved queen room, the bed was full size (I have a pic of the tag). I went to take a shower in the morning - no hot water. I called the front desk to let them know - was told “let the water run”. I let the water run for a few minutes and the room flooded. I called the desk again they said “ok I’ll send housekeeping with more towels”. I told them I still didn’t have hot water they said “ya it takes at lost 20 minutes.” I set a timer and after 45 minutes I still didn’t have hot water and the room was totally flooded. I asked to talk to the manager - was told she wasn’t on property but they would pass my info along and have her contact me.

After a long drive a hot shower is always appreciated. The water was barely lukewarm in the shower. We stayed on Friday night and right next to the Bowling Alley that seemed to play loud music until 130 am. The inside of the rooms are very dated. Probably original, worn out cabinets and drawers. Bed was comfortable at least. Prices were high for the holiday weekend. Nice grounds with picnic tables and pool.

Women staff very rude. No hot water. Was told the motel is old and you have to let the water run for 30 minutes. It never was actually hot after 40 minutes. No iron or board. Staff said they would track it down and never did. Refrigerator not working. Staff had to make adjustment and then it turned cold. Peeling of walls and bathroom tiling. Basic accommodations not met.
