Staff were brilliant - I requested interconnecting rooms at check in and they managed to accommodate my request. The rooms are spacious and clean. Throughly enjoyed our stay here. Short walk over the bridge to cologne cathedral.

The hotel location was excellent as were the facilities, however I was disappointed that the bar was only open 1 night during my visit. The rest of the amenities were very good including the room and the staff.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and well staffed, meaning items were refilled quickly and efficiently. Location was perfect for us as a family - we came for the Christmas markets and the train car taking you around the four main ones was a few minute walk!
