We had to wait an hour for him to arrive to pick us up. No apology just went on like nothing had happened. We arrive at entrance where they drop you off with your luggage and someone comes to meet you to bring you down the alley to your hotel. Check in was fine and smooth BUT once we got into the room is where we were both put off (not even the first two scenarios were as bad). There were moths and gnats as the window was left open and stains on the sheets. At this point it was late and we were both exhausted, but not tired enough to hop on the internet and book another hotel for the next night. We got minimal sleep and had a tour booked for early the next morning. After the tour we came back to the room, collected our luggage, and went down to check out a day early. They basically just took our keys, gave us a thumbs up, and told us to have a nice day (kick rocks) after telling them about the room situation. Once again no apologies, "how can we make this right?", nothing."
