Loved this hotel so much I am sad to leave it! Amazing friendly staff that will help you ship your luggage, leave you clean towels and other amenities every day, will make up the room for you even if you are a little late posting the sign. See through elevator is fun to look through. Anything you need is so close by, 2 train stations just down the street as well as McDonald’s and Burger King if you are looking for some familiar food while being away from home, 7/11 was right across the street as well which I used every night. Osaka castle was also only 20 mins away so if you’re bored at night you can just walk there. Check out was so simple as well!

We enjoyed our stay and found it was so easy to walk to so many places. The 2 metro lines were perfect for getting to all the main attractions in Osaka. Would definitely stay again if going to Osaka.

Hotel was very nice and in a good area, about 35 minute walk to the famous Dotonbri canal area. Lots of different places to eat around every corner. The room was very nice and had free video on demand in the room which came in handy on rainy days we had. Breakfast buffet wasn't as good as other Hotels I stayed at but was included and saved a bit of time and money in morning time. I would stay here again.

I would not recommend this to anyone from North America. The rooms are way too small. Bathrooms and toilets are way too tiny. I disliked it to the point that I went late at night just to sleep and left as soon as I woke up. If you are claustrophobic, do not book it. Staff is lovely and rooms are clean. But would not stay here just because of size of rooms for the price.

I love APA hotels. It's a chain but I have had no issues with them in the past. The staff are so helpful and kind. They offer so many helpful tips and the rooms are so clean. The rooms are also quite big and a good price. They are always in convenient locations near easy transportation.

The stay was amazing, overall. The location is near a subway station, a Takoyaki place, 7 Eleven and a drugstore. Few mins walk would also bring you to a supermarket and a ramen place. The free breakfast was nice and affordable as an addition to the rooms we got, the food was the same each day but we really didn't mind since it's great to start the day and you'll have a lot of options for lunch and dinner around Osaka. Thank you so much APA hotel, we'll definitely be back in Japan.
