The location was good in terms of getting trains also Tokyo station only a 10 minute walk which was really useful for us getting the Shinkansen at the end of our stay. There is also a Lawson and 7/11 nearby. However it’s not a very sociable area which was good in some ways that it felt peaceful but in terms of restaurants and things to do it’s quite limited. The staff were so helpful especially with forwarding our luggage to the next hotel in Kyoto this was very efficient. The room was on the smaller side but that’s because it’s Tokyo and also we had a three bed room which obviously took more space. However the suitcases fit under the bed and it was fine. The hotel provides everything you’d need with skincare kits, razors, toothbrush etc and also extras available for free hire at reception including hair tools and irons. The included breakfast is really good with three set menu options one being a western style. This was delicious and definitely worth it. Overall I’d really recommend this hotel for a more chill retreat from busy areas like shibuya etc.

Last night in Japan before flying out of KIX. Picked for location for transport to KIX and closeness to Osaka Castle. Typical business type hotel, decent Japanese type buffet for breakfast. Easy walk to the castle. Mall across the street for restaurants and shopping. Family Mart 100 feet from hotel entrance for typical Family Mart stuff.

Nice, basic hotel with large comfy beds. Front desk staff were helpful but very strict on 3pm check in (we arrived 20 minutes early and were told to wait). Breakfast was fine but a lot of it was cold. Good ameneties on offer. TV not working in the room but this might have just been ours. Great transport links, opposite a station
