When I first got to my room the bathroom floor felt slippery underneath the bottom of my Teva sandals. Like whatever it was cleaned with it had not been sufficiently wiped off, or maybe it wasn't rinsed. Then in the morning, even though they do not disturb sign was very plainly hanging on my door since the night before, at 10:15 AM (45 minutes before check out time) someone using a hotel key, which clearly it was a hotel employee, because the key bypassed that thumb turn lock that you're supposed to use for extra security, anyway they tried to enter my room without announcing housekeeping. Fortunately I had the safety bar on, and I shouted I'm still in here. As a woman traveling alone that was creepy, and even a bit frightening. Especially since my room was the very last room in the corridor. Then when I got in the shower, just like the bathroom floor, the bottom of the shower felt very slippery. I had to hang onto the shelves to make sure I didn't slip and fall. I definitely will not be back to this location.

You get what you pay for

My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing overall. The continental breakfast was very limited, offering only waffles, bagels, bread, cereal, apples, and yogurt. There were no eggs or protein options, and the tables in the breakfast area were sticky, as if they had been wiped down with syrup. On top of that, the smell of marijuana from other guests in the breakfast area made the experience even less enjoyable. The room itself left a lot to be desired as well. While we were upgraded to a room with two queen beds, one of the beds had noticeable stains, so we were glad to have a second option. The pillows were either rock-hard or so flimsy they could be folded in half, and we were only provided two towels despite having a two-bed room. The tray in the room still had sticky food residue on it, the AC rattled constantly when turned on, and there were hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail really stood out and made the stay less comfortable than expected.

Really bad experience - can do much better

Awful lysol/cleaner smell, broken/cracked sink, broken curtains, no toilet paper, broken grate on heating/cooling unit - did not use, fluttering lamp, took forever to get checked in, continental breakfast was almost non-existent, etc. Would not recommend to anyone....

The downtown Omaha location was not ideal. It felt unsafe and there were people smoking marijuana outside. The hotel itself had a lingering smell of marijuana, and the room's furnishings were in poor condition and looked unkempt. I would not recommend that location.

Had to tell them over 5 times that the toilet didn't flush properly. It was never corrected. Key deactivated 3 times and I had to go back down to the lobby to key it reactivated.

Every single room I went too had brownish red stains splattered everywhere ac didn’t work mold in the showers guy tried to make me pay more for a room and stay for one night when I had booked for two once I decided I was not staying since I didn’t feel safe I went down to check out and there was a lady in front of me rightfully mad because the same guy at the front desk booked the same room that she was already in to these other two men and the two men had walked into her room while she was inside

Staff blamed guests and not take responsibility for something they were doing on there computers. Notice...pets are not allowed in rooms with king beds. Carpets are filthy and wallpaper was falling off the walls also, curtains do not keep out all of the street lamp light. Uncomfortable beds and although the whole building is smoke free it smells like cannabis. Lastly, it seems people live long term out of this hotel.

Can't be serious

The front desk guy was horrible. Not only that all the guest waited until 3pm to check in because they were charging people $25.00 for early check in and it was 230pm. Wow wanted to $25.00 so I waited as well. Also pool was closed the entire time for maintenance
