The room had stains on the floor and furniture. The tv did not work. Mold/mildew in the shower. Wall paper peeling from the walls. Very noisy, could hear full conversation at 3am from the room next door. Many people wandering around, felt more like a halfway house than a hotel Multiple unlicensed vehicles in the parking lot that had not been movesfor some time.

It's given a room and the bathroom wasn't very clean . 6:00 affair on the back of 4:30 a.m. and we just spoke to the front desk about it. Really switched me to another room. They upgraded my stay and gave me a larger room.Very satisfied

Breakfast was nonexistent - except for a waffle. Coffee wasn't even available! My room was in disrepair - marks on the walls, a section of the bathroom wall had been cut out and placed back in without being sealed, a mysterious brown substance was on the light fixture, another light fixture was only partially attached to the wall, and the chair was stained.
