I had booked a room a week in advance for clinicals. I show up to check in after driving 3 hours and the women at the desk tells me they are not taking any reservations and are having everyone leave because the hotel was sold??? I never got an email saying ny reservation would be cancled and the whole thing was very weird and unprofessional.

]Tje room had a bit of a smell... Not super nasty or anything, but not the clean smell you look forward to when you first enter your room. The neighborhood is not great. If you are driving, beware, for Reno Ave is a traffic mess during rush hour. Though it looks like a business hotel, the patrons seem to be just a few travelers, plus some full time residents on relief and a few methheads. I cannot verify they were methheads, but something about the way they took their argument into the hallway and yelled at full voice, so that we all could enjoy it, hinted that it was the case. Wifi is very amateur. You get a very week signal, and if you would rather have a signal that isn't awful, you have to pay extra.

Never again.

When we walked into the lobby it immediately smelled of Marijuana. The front lobby attendant was spraying for odor. There was a very large dog barking down the hall. When we went our room i immediately checked the beds. They were so dark and discolored by urine, blood amd God knows wjat else we immediately went back to the front desk and asked for a differant room. The next room had new mattresses. Floor was gross. But did appreciate the nicer a nicer bed to sleep on. Will not stay here again.

Staff are awful, roaches in the hallways. Mean people working here, it’s like the place was staffed by the same people who work TSA at the airports. Same energy and attitude.
