The air conditioning did not seem to be working in the lobby or the breakfast/dining areas. The hotel advertised having a pool, bar, and a restaurant... they had none of those! Construction going on next door, so the outside does not currently have any curb appeal. I loved the comfort of the bed, the quietness of the floor I was on, and the breakfast options.

We had a great stay. Was so happy that they provided a shuttle for us. Since we had 2 concerts that we stayed here for. Breakfast was very good. We will definitely stay here again.

I arrived at the hotel later in the evening. Tried to check in and they advised the room wasn’t ready. I waited another 11/2 hours, still not ready. They had no compassion that i had two dogs and it was 90 degrees out. They did nothing to componsate me, like offer another room or even rebook at another hotel. NOTHING, except offer to cancel the reservation. Ugh.

This was just a night stay. The staff was friendly and helpful (maybe Sarah) answered any questions. We didn’t eat the free breakfast but smelled good. Hotel was clean quiet. Would stay again

Needs furniture

There was a kitchenette, but no couch or comfortable chair in the room. There was only a desk chair and a bar stool style chair. Nothing but the bed to relax on. Definitely not ideal.

Not horrible. Just not good area, very sketchy, out a ways from restaurants, venues etc, and little things in room like no Togo coffee cups, Kleenex, etc. Coffee in room and coffee bar was awful.
