I rented my room because they had a pool when I got there and checked in I find out the pool is out of order until the 26 of April no cookies at check in the bathroom door squeaked really loud no continental breakfast the bed was hard it was not good I will never stay there again and I will probably never stay at another Hilton

Kyle, Doris, Zack and Michael did an excellent job making our stay comfortable!! Spa—nice and Hot...indoor pool—nice and warm!! Will stay here again for sure!!

Overall, our stay was pretty good. The staff was great and the room was super clean. We did have 2 major problems though... 1) The Bed: the beds in our room were beyond hard. Think concrete slab... I ended up sleeping on an air mattress that we had with us. 2) The 809 Grill: We had a couple of friends come eat dinner with us. Toward the end of our dinner, my friend looked up at me and as I looked at him, he continued to pull a LONG BLACK HAIR out of his mouth that was in his food. He didn't tell anyone about it b/c he couldn't find the hair once he had gotten rid of it. We all stopped eating and were done after that. Not saying that this is a common thing at all, just what happened to us.

It was ok...

Pros: The staff was helpful and the decor was beautiful
Cons: The beds are terrible.
The staff was friendly and helpful but the beds were awful. Hard and stiff. Could not get comfortable and my back hurt for two days.
