Doing lots of things right!

The facility is doing a lot of things right! The window shade covering which blocked outside light was excellent. The fresh breakfast options were done well with variety. More like home made than institutional. Variety for people. Offered stevia based sweetener- excellent. Dove dispensers in bath area are great. Some details to address: door latch prevented initial entry into our room. Team addressed promptly. Potty seat would not stay raised without holding it up-which is inconvenient and annoying, especially at night.
