Overall clean room, great staff, and wonderful amenities such as free bottle of water everyday. Loved how we had thw option to choose the degree of room cleaning and/or clean towels. Hotel New Otani Hakata
overall this hotel was excellent. We could smell smoke (cigarette) but we had a air purifier that helped the smell. We did not take advantage of the breakfast in the hotel since we had more options within walking distance. Staff was accommodating and friendly always offering their assistance.
